Refund policy

Return and refund policy:

30-day returns: Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong item: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
